In addition to the undoubted physical benefits typical of a holistic outdoor sports practice, sailing also brings considerable psychological benefits<\/strong> so relevenat that it has been codified as a true cure, called ‘Velatherapy<\/strong>‘.<\/p>\n

Sailing, in fact, \u00a0‘force’ people to move in the same environment and in a limited space, to share emotions and feelings and to collaborate, even under the guidance of a leader.
